{"id":111542,"date":"2023-12-04T17:58:56","date_gmt":"2023-12-04T16:58:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.notariosyregistradores.com\/web\/?p=111542"},"modified":"2023-12-04T17:58:56","modified_gmt":"2023-12-04T16:58:56","slug":"antonio-oliva-izquierdo-se-incorpora-definitivamente-al-equipo-de-redaccion-de-nyr","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.notariosyregistradores.com\/web\/participa\/noticias\/antonio-oliva-izquierdo-se-incorpora-definitivamente-al-equipo-de-redaccion-de-nyr\/","title":{"rendered":"Antonio Oliva Izquierdo se incorpora definitivamente al equipo de redacci\u00f3n de NyR"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">ANTONIO MANUEL OLIVA IZQUIERDO SE INCORPORA DEFINITIVAMENTE AL EQUIPO DE REDACCI\u00d3N DE NYR<\/span><\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La colaboraci\u00f3n de Antonio con esta web ya es veterana, pues <strong>comenz\u00f3 en 2017<\/strong>, siendo entones registrador de Ver\u00edn-Viana do Bolo (Ourense) con un trabajo sobre la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.notariosyregistradores.com\/web\/secciones\/oficina-registral\/estudios\/anotacion-preventiva-querella-y-registro-propiedad\/\">anotaci\u00f3n preventiva de querella<\/a> al que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.notariosyregistradores.com\/web\/secciones\/oficina-registral\/estudios\/anotacion-preventiva-querella-y-registro-propiedad\/\">siguieron muchos m\u00e1s<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por ello y otras razones, cuando el pleno del equipo de redacci\u00f3n, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.notariosyregistradores.com\/web\/participa\/noticias\/se-celebro-la-xiv-convencion-de-la-web-con-entrega-del-premio-notarios-y-registradores-2022-a-ignacio-solis-villa\/\">durante la XIV Convenci\u00f3n (octubre de 2022)<\/a> acord\u00f3 <strong>ampliar el equipo<\/strong>, le fue ofrecida a Antonio su incorporaci\u00f3n, lo que tuvo lugar en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.notariosyregistradores.com\/web\/secciones\/oficina-registral\/informes-mensuales-o-r\/oficina-registral-propiedad-informe-noviembre-2022-tipo-de-subasta-hipotecaria\/\">noviembre 2022<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante el a\u00f1o transcurrido desde entonces, Antonio Oliva ponder\u00f3<strong> si era compatible<\/strong> su actividad cotidiana en la web con las amplias labores previas que ya estaba desarrollando como son la llevanza del Registro de Trujillo (C\u00e1ceres), una interinidad, su cargo de director del Centro de Estudios Registrales de Extremadura, su labor docente y como escritor de libros y art\u00edculos jur\u00eddicos. Tras su asistencia a la \u00faltima Convenci\u00f3n, celebrada el 28 de octubre pasado, ya qued\u00f3 despejada esa duda, manteniendo su vocaci\u00f3n de continuar en el equipo.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Antonio Manuel Oliva Izquierdo,<strong> nacido en Madrid el 24 de abril de 1987<\/strong>, se gradu\u00f3 en el a\u00f1o 2005 con Matr\u00edcula de Honor en el British Council School de Madrid, y se licenci\u00f3 con sobresaliente en el a\u00f1o 2010 en la Universidad Pontificia Comillas en la carrera de Derecho con Diploma en Relaciones Internacionales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el a\u00f1o 2014, <strong>ingres\u00f3 en el Cuerpo de Registradores<\/strong> de la Propiedad, Mercantiles y de Bienes Muebles de Espa\u00f1a. Comenz\u00f3 su ejercicio profesional como Registrador de la Propiedad en Ver\u00edn-Viana do Bolo (Ourense) en 2015, habi\u00e9ndose trasladado en 2018 a Casas-Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez (Albacete), y desde 2020 ejerce como Registrador de la Propiedad titular de Trujillo (C\u00e1ceres).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la escasa d\u00e9cada en la que ha formado parte del Cuerpo de Registradores, ha sido miembro de la <strong>Comisi\u00f3n de Consultas Doctrinales<\/strong> del Colegio de Registradores (2016 -2019), ha colaborado durante un lustro en la<strong> elaboraci\u00f3n de Resoluciones<\/strong> de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Seguridad Jur\u00eddica y Fe P\u00fablica (2017 \u2013 2022), y ha impartido <strong>ponencias<\/strong> en los Colegios Oficiales de Abogados de Ourense (2015) y Valladolid (2016) y <strong>clases<\/strong> en el Curso de Especializaci\u00f3n en Pr\u00e1ctica Registral (2023).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s de lo anterior, ha publicado <strong>cuatro libros<\/strong> de gran contenido pr\u00e1ctico como son:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><a Reg\u00edmenes econ\u00f3mico matrimoniales del mundo <\/em>(2017)<\/a> \u2013 traducido al ingl\u00e9s en 2018, <em>Matrimonial Property Regimes Throughout the World <\/em>-,<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.notariosyregistradores.com\/web\/participa\/noticias\/nuevo-libro-los-regimenes-sucesorios-del-mundo\/\"><em>Los reg\u00edmenes sucesorios del mundo <\/em>(2020)<\/a><\/li>\n<li>y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.notariosyregistradores.com\/web\/participa\/noticias\/nuevo-libro-las-declaraciones-de-obra-nueva-y-el-registro-de-la-propiedad\/\"><em>Las declaraciones de obra nueva y el Registro de la Propiedad <\/em>(2022),<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estos libros han sido adquiridos por las <strong>bibliotecas jur\u00eddicas m\u00e1s importantes<\/strong> a nivel internacional, como son la Biblioteca del Congreso de los Estados Unidos, la Universidad de Chicago, la Universidad de Yale, la Sorbona, la Biblioteca Nacional de Espa\u00f1a, o el Instituto de Derecho Comparado Max Planck, entre otras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As\u00ed mismo, es autor de numerosos <strong>art\u00edculos doctrinales<\/strong> de gran seguimiento como los
