id=\"comunicados\"><\/a>COMUNICADOS DEL TRIBUNAL Y ACADEMIAS:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Fecha: 2 de agosto de 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cConstituido el tribunal de la oposici\u00f3n a registradores de la propiedad, mercantiles y de bienes muebles convocada por resoluci\u00f3n de 5 de febrero de 2024 el d\u00eda 5 de julio pasado, y acordada la convocatoria a los cuarenta primeros opositores por orden de sorteo el d\u00eda 9 de septiembre de 2024 a las 10 horas en primer llamamiento del primer ejercicio, sin perjuicio de la posible ampliaci\u00f3n de convocatoria de ser preciso, el tribunal desea comunicar a los opositores lo siguiente:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La intenci\u00f3n del tribunal es examinar, a partir de dicha fecha los d\u00edas lunes, a partir de las 10 horas, martes y mi\u00e9rcoles a partir de las nueve horas y treinta minutos con sesi\u00f3n vespertina cada uno de los tres d\u00edas.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">El tribunal espera finalizar los dos llamamientos del primer ejercicio en el mes de diciembre de 2024 para, despu\u00e9s del plazo reglamentario de treinta d\u00edas naturales, reanudar en febrero de 2025 con el segundo ejercicio de la oposici\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si todo se desarrolla del modo previsto, el tercer y cuarto ejercicio se realizar\u00edan en el mes de mayo de dicho a\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para que el calendario expuesto sea viable es imprescindible, en beneficio de los propios opositores, que estos consten debidamente apuntados a la lista que al efecto resulta de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.registradores.org\/el-colegio\/oposiciones\/reserva-llamamiento?idOposicion=5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">p\u00e1gina web de la oposici\u00f3n<\/a> expresando su intenci\u00f3n de acudir al llamamiento en curso.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">El tribunal desea tambi\u00e9n poner de manifiesto que considera un reparto de tiempo razonable para el primer ejercicio el siguiente: derecho civil, 50 minutos; derecho mercantil 8 minutos; procesal o administrativo, 2 minutos.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2
