Reuni\u00f3n del equipo de redacci\u00f3n<\/span><\/h6>\n<p><strong>Entre los acuerdos adoptados rese\u00f1amos los siguientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ser\u00e1n <strong>tres personas<\/strong> las que act\u00faen como <strong>cabezas visibles de coordinaci\u00f3n<\/strong> nediante un sistema de turnos de periodicidad mensual. \u00c9stos roles corresponder\u00e1n a <strong>Juan Carlos Casas -coordinador principal-, Albert Capell y a V\u00edctor Esquirol.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Gerardo Garc\u00eda-Boente D\u00e1vila<\/strong> solicit\u00f3 pasar a una situaci\u00f3n de <strong>excedencia<\/strong> en el equipo, debido a razones profesionales, petici\u00f3n que fue aceptada.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se aprob\u00f3 la incorporaci\u00f3n al equipo de la joven notaria y registradora, <strong>Beatriz Zamora Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong> -que ha sido recientemente una muy brillante opositora-, con vistas a potenciar la <strong>secci\u00f3n de opositores<\/strong> y para realizar otras labores en la web como res\u00famenes de disposiciones o de resoluciones.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se aprob\u00f3 <strong>convocar<\/strong> para el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o el tradicional <strong>Premio Notarios y Registradores<\/strong>, que reconoce la labor profesional y humana de una persona a lo largo de su vida.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se acord\u00f3 mantener la publicaci\u00f3n de las newsletters o <strong>boletines de noticias<\/strong> mensuales, que podr\u00e1 recibir por correo electr\u00f3nico quien se apunte desde aqu\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se estim\u00f3 oportuno <strong>modificar el Reglamento del Premio Joaqu\u00edn Zejalbo<\/strong> a un trabajo doctrinal para potenciarlo.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se va a adquirir alg\u00fan<strong> nombre de dominio adicional<\/strong> cercano para redireccionarlo a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.notariosyregistradores.com\">www.notariosyregistradores.com<\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se va a estudiar la presencia de la web en <strong>Telegram<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<a class=\"mwm-aal-item\" name=\"ii-reunion-de-la-revista-de-derecho-civil\"><\/a><h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #0000ff;\">II. Reuni\u00f3n de la Revista de Derecho Civil:<\/span><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la reuni\u00f3n<strong> estuvieron presentes<\/strong>, aparte de los miembros del equipo de redacci\u00f3n de la web:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Su presidente, el notario J<strong>os\u00e9 Antonio Escart\u00edn Ipiens<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Su editor, <strong>Alvaro N\u00fa\u00f1ez Iglesias<\/strong>, catedr\u00e1tico de Derecho Civil de la Universidad de Almer\u00eda<\/li>\n<li>Y su secretario,<strong> Pedro Antonio Munar Bernat<\/strong>, catedr\u00e1tico de Derecho Civil de la Universidad de las Illes Balears.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Su <strong>presidente, Jos\u00e9 Antonio Escart\u00edn,<\/strong> destac\u00f3 el rol de la revista de ayudar a integrar el mundo docente universitario con el m\u00e1s pr\u00e1ctico de los despachos profesionales. Otro elemento enriquecedor que se\u00f1al\u00f3 es el de la muy diferente procedencia de los autores que en ella han publicado, con originales de todas las facultades de derecho de Espa\u00f1a, aparte de otras profesiones como notarios y registradores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Alvaro N\u00fa\u00f1ez<\/strong> aporto una serie de cuadros que marcan la <strong>valoraci\u00f3n que tiene la Revista<\/strong> por parte de diversas entidades de an\u00e1lisis, como Dialnet en La Rioja, que la considera este a\u00f1o como la segunda de las 57 revistas estudiadas en materia de derecho civil y mercantil o\u00a0 en \u00edndices internacionales donde est\u00e1 presente como MIAR, Web of Science o Scopus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pedro Munar<\/strong> hizo una disecci\u00f3n de los<strong> n\u00fameros publicados<\/strong> durante este \u00faltimo a\u00f1o y adelant\u00f3 los <strong>proyectos futuros<\/strong>, entre los que destaca la pr\u00f3xima publicaci\u00f3n de un n\u00famero especial monogr\u00e1fico sobre la <strong>reforma del derecho de obligaciones<\/strong> y los modelos en pa\u00edses cercanos.<\/p>\n<a class=\"mwm-aal-item\" name=\"iii-entrega-del-premio-joaquin-zejalbo\"><\/a><h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #0000ff;\">III. Entrega del Premio Joaqu\u00edn Zejalbo.<\/span><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Premio, en su segunda edici\u00f3n, ha reca\u00eddo en la notar\u00eda de Ciudad Real, <strong>Mar\u00eda Luisa Garc\u00eda de Blas Valent\u00edn-Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, por su trabajo<strong> \u201cPreferencia de cr\u00e9ditos a favor de comunidad de propietarios y su relaci\u00f3n con el rango registral\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>presidente<\/strong> del comit\u00e9 del premio, <strong>Jos\u00e9 Antonio Riera<\/strong>, Notario de Arucas, comenz\u00f3 recordando la figura de Joaqu\u00edn Zejalbo y el objetivo del Premio, dando, seguidamente, unas pinceladas de la personalidad y actividad profesional de la homenajeada, destacando su vocaci\u00f3n de servicio, no s\u00f3lo mediante su trabajo en el despacho notarial, sino tambi\u00e9n colaborando en organizaciones no gubernamentales,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seguidamente, procedi\u00f3 a la <strong>entrega del diploma conmemorativo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Mar\u00eda Luisa Garc\u00eda de Blas<\/strong>, en su discurso, hizo un reconocimiento a la labor que desarrollan los redactores de la web, compar\u00e1ndonos con aquellos compa\u00f1eros que pasan los apuntes en la facultad. Tambi\u00e9n hizo un ejercicio imaginativo verbalizando lo que ser\u00eda una escritura de obra nueva en relaci\u00f3n al portal de Bel\u00e9n, lo que tuvo una gran aceptaci\u00f3n por su originalidad y modo de exponer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estaba previsto que acudiera a los actos, la<strong> directora general Mar\u00eda Ester P\u00e9rez Jerez<\/strong>, pero el d\u00eda anterior, a la vuelta de Barcelona, donde estuvo visitando el decanato auton\u00f3mico del Colegio de Registradores, en compa\u00f1\u00eda del ministro, ten\u00eda fiebre y un malestar general, por lo que no tuvo remedio que excusar su asistencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En su conjunto fue una <strong>jornada entra\u00f1able de trabajo y amistad<\/strong>, no solo entre los miembros del equipo, sino con sus familias.<\/p>\n<table style=\"border-collapse: collapse;
