{"id":140875,"date":"2026-09-24T10:35:55","date_gmt":"2026-09-24T08:35:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.notariosyregistradores.com\/web\/?p=140875"},"modified":"2026-09-24T13:25:28","modified_gmt":"2026-09-24T11:25:28","slug":"juan-maria-diaz-fraile-premio-joaquin-zejalbo-en-su-tercera-edicion-por-su-trabajo-la-conciliacion-registral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.notariosyregistradores.com\/web\/participa\/noticias\/juan-maria-diaz-fraile-premio-joaquin-zejalbo-en-su-tercera-edicion-por-su-trabajo-la-conciliacion-registral\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00abLa conciliaci\u00f3n registral\u00bb, de Juan Mar\u00eda D\u00edaz Fraile, Premio Joaqu\u00edn Zejalbo, en su tercera edici\u00f3n."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">\u00abLA CONCILIACI\u00d3N REGISTRAL\u00bb,TRABAJO GANADOR DEL PREMIO JOAQU\u00cdN ZEJALBO EN SU III EDICI\u00d3N<\/span><\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">El Comit\u00e9 del Premio Joaqu\u00edn Zejalbo, tras Intensas deliberaciones, motivadas por la calidad de los trabajos analizados, ha resuelto conceder el galard\u00f3n a <strong>\u201cLa conciliaci\u00f3n registral, tras la Ley Org\u00e1nica 1\/2025\u201d<\/strong> estudio del que es autor <strong>don Juan Mar\u00eda D\u00edaz Fraile<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">El<strong> Jurado ha valorado<\/strong> especialmente lo completo del estudio de la instituci\u00f3n, adaptada a la nueva normativa, que interesa, no solamente a los registradores -y a los usuarios de las oficinas registrales-, sino que tambi\u00e9n muchos aspectos del trabajo son de gran utilidad para quienes deseen utilizar la figura de la conciliaci\u00f3n como instrumento jur\u00eddico que resuelve conflictos y que, junto al procedimiento de conciliaci\u00f3n notarial, reduce la carga de trabajo en los juzgados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Juan Mar\u00eda D\u00edaz Fraile<\/strong> es Registrador de la Propiedad y Mercantil (actualmente con destino en Barcelona), ex Magistrado de la Sala Primera del Tribunal Supremo y\u00a0Catedr\u00e1tico acreditado de Derecho Civil, adem\u00e1s de prol\u00edfico conferenciante.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">El <strong>Comit\u00e9<\/strong> est\u00e1 formado por las siguientes personas:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Presidente: Jose Antonio, Riera Alvarez, notario de Arucas (Gran Canaria)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Vicepresidente: Jos\u00e9 \u00c1ngel, Garc\u00eda Valdecasas, registrador<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Vocal:\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Inmaculada, Espi\u00f1eira Soto, notaria de Santiago de Compostela<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Vocal: Jos\u00e9 F\u00e9lix Merino Escart\u00edn, registrador de Madrid, que hizo las funciones de secretario.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Conforme al <strong>Reglamento del Premio<\/strong>, la persona ganadora obtendr\u00e1 un diploma de la web acreditativo; el trabajo ser\u00e1 objeto de nuevo titular en la portada de la web; se dar\u00e1 a conocer en redes sociales, y se mantendr\u00e1 temporalmente un enlace en una columna de la portada de la web.
