color: #000000;\">Con este Premio, se reconoce p\u00fablicamente el valor de un <strong>trabajo<\/strong> de contenido jur\u00eddico de derecho privado o relacionado con <strong>materias propias de las diversas secciones<\/strong> de notariosyregistradores.com, de entre los que se hayan aportado para su publicaci\u00f3n en esta p\u00e1gina web. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-size: 24pt;\">REGLAMENTO DEL PREMIO:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Denominaci\u00f3n: \u201cPremio Joaqu\u00edn Zejalbo\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Convocatoria:<\/strong>\u00a0Se realizar\u00e1 a trav\u00e9s de la web organizadora\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.notariosyregistradores.com\/\">notariosyregistradores.com<\/a>, pudiendo hacerse eco de ella en redes sociales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Contenido:\u00a0<\/strong>Trabajos de contenido jur\u00eddico de derecho privado o relacionado con materias propias de las diversas secciones de notariosyregistradores.com, que se aporten para su publicaci\u00f3n en esta p\u00e1gina web. Habr\u00e1n de ser originales e in\u00e9ditos. Se valorar\u00e1 la inclusi\u00f3n de sumario, introducci\u00f3n, bibliograf\u00eda y, especialmente de conclusiones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Autores.<\/strong>\u00a0Los autores deber\u00e1n tener el t\u00edtulo de doctor, licenciado o graduado por una Universidad espa\u00f1ola o de otro pa\u00eds, tanto en Derecho como en otra profesi\u00f3n relacionada con el contenido del trabajo que presenten. Se identificar\u00e1n mediante nombre y apellidos y se deber\u00e1 a\u00f1adir un medio de contacto (o bien correo electr\u00f3nico, o bien tel\u00e9fono). De tratarse de un trabajo colectivo, los requisitos exigidos a los concursantes deber\u00e1n concurrir en todos los autores, identificando, en su caso, al autor responsable. La indicaci\u00f3n de la profesi\u00f3n del autor del trabajo al final del mismo ser\u00e1 suficiente a los efectos de acreditar su t\u00edtulo acad\u00e9mico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Exclusiones.<\/strong>\u00a0La aportaci\u00f3n de un trabajo para su publicaci\u00f3n en la web implicar\u00e1 la participaci\u00f3n en el Premio, para la siguiente edici\u00f3n, aunque se haya presentado antes de la convocatoria, salvo que expresamente lo excluya el que lo env\u00eda. No podr\u00e1n participar los miembros del equipo de redacci\u00f3n de la web.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Plazo final de recepci\u00f3n de originales:\u00a0<\/strong>Lo determinar\u00e1 el Presidente del Comit\u00e9 en la convocatoria, con una duraci\u00f3n m\u00e1xima de seis meses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Extensi\u00f3n:<\/strong>\u00a0Los trabajos deber\u00e1n contar con una extensi\u00f3n que oscile entre las 4.000 y las 30.000 palabras. En el c\u00f3mputo no se tendr\u00e1n en cuenta, de estar presentes, las notas a pie de p\u00e1gina ni la bibliograf\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Contenido del Premio:<\/strong>\u00a0La persona ganadora obtendr\u00e1 un diploma de la web acreditativo. Ser\u00e1 objeto de nuevo titular en la portada de la web y se dar\u00e1 a conocer en redes sociales. Mantendr\u00e1 temporalmente un enlace en una columna de la portada de la web.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Comit\u00e9 del Premio:\u00a0<\/strong>Est\u00e1 formado por cuatro miembros, que son actualmente las siguientes personas: Presidente: Jos\u00e9 Antonio Riera \u00c1lvarez. Vicepresidente: Jos\u00e9 \u00c1ngel Garc\u00eda-Valdecasas Butr\u00f3n. Vocales: Inmaculada Espi\u00f1eira Soto y Jos\u00e9 F\u00e9lix Merino Escart\u00edn. Podr\u00e1n incorporarse temporalmente para la evaluaci\u00f3n aquellos otros miembros del equipo de redacci\u00f3n que lo soliciten expresamente. La decisi\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 ser\u00e1 inapelable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Ofrecimiento:\u00a0<\/strong>El Presidente del Comit\u00e9 comunicar\u00e1 la concesi\u00f3n al autor para su aceptaci\u00f3n si lo estima oportuno.
