Adapta las <i><b>relaciones paterno-filiales <\/b><\/i>a la sociedad actual y <b>modifica el C\u00f3digo Civil<\/b>, la Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil y la Ley de Registro Civil.<br \/>\n&#8211; Ser\u00e1 el juez el que determine qu\u00e9 forma de guarda y custodia es la m\u00e1s conveniente en cada caso atendiendo al inter\u00e9s superior del menor.<br \/>\n&#8211; Para concienciar a los padres sobre la necesidad de pactar ser\u00e1 necesario que en caso de ruptura incorporen al proceso judicial un plan de ejercicio de la patria potestad.<br \/>\n&#8211; Se<b> acelerar\u00e1 la liquidaci\u00f3n del r\u00e9gimen econ\u00f3mico matrimonial <\/b>y desde la admisi\u00f3n de la demanda se <b>suspender\u00e1 la presunci\u00f3n<\/b> de que los bienes que se adquieran con posterioridad se rigen tambi\u00e9n por el<i> r\u00e9gimen de gananciales<\/i>.<br \/>\n&#8211; Se introduce la <i>mediaci\u00f3n familiar<\/i> en el C\u00f3digo Civil.<br \/>\n&#8211; Las medidas adoptadas podr\u00e1n modificarse cuando lo aconsejen las nuevas necesidades de los hijos o cambien las circunstancias de los padres.
