Mediante Auto de 19 de diciembre de 2016, el Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Madrid, Sala de lo Contencioso-Administrativo, Secci\u00f3n 6\u00aa, ha desestimado la solicitud de suspensi\u00f3n presentada por varios registradores respecto de\u00a0la Resoluci\u00f3n de 2 de agosto de 2016 de la Direcci\u00f3n General de los Registros y el Notariado por la que se homologa la nueva aplicaci\u00f3n inform\u00e1tica registral.<\/p>\n
