MAPAS FISCALES<\/span><\/h1>\n

Para qu\u00e9 sirve este archivo:<\/strong> <\/span><\/h2>\n

Un mapa fiscal aborda de manera sint\u00e9tica y did\u00e1ctica la proyecci\u00f3n fiscal de determinadas instituciones civiles o mercantiles de manera que el interesado obtenga una aproximaci\u00f3n a las implicaciones tributarias de las mismas.<\/p>\n

La nota espec\u00edfica del \u201cmapa fiscal\u201d, a diferencia de otros informes es la ubicaci\u00f3n mediante un esquema gr\u00e1fico<\/strong> de una categor\u00eda civil o mercantil en el \u00e1mbito fiscal, indicando los tributos que pueden incidir sobre la misma de forma que se pueda establecer la conexi\u00f3n de la misma con el haz de tributos conexos.<\/p>\n

En definitiva, se trata de ofrecer una geograf\u00eda de todos los tributos que inciden<\/strong> sobre la misma a modo de noticia o alerta y no un an\u00e1lisis o informe de la tributaci\u00f3n que corresponde en cada tributo. Entiendo que ello puede ser \u00fatil en los casos de operaciones que plantean m\u00faltiples consecuencias fiscales y adem\u00e1s variables en funci\u00f3n de supuestos concretos.<\/p>\n
