Rodr\u00edguez de Tejada, Director de la Academia de Preparaci\u00f3n de Registros del Decanato Auton\u00f3mico de Madrid:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Academia de Preparaci\u00f3n de Registros de Madrid \u2013desde siempre\u2013 admite para la <strong>preparaci\u00f3n del caso pr\u00e1ctico del tercer ejercicio<\/strong> a todo el que lo solicite, sin m\u00e1s limitaci\u00f3n que tener aprobados los ejercicios te\u00f3ricos por razones de aforo. <strong>A todos, sin criterio de selecci\u00f3n alguno.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la <strong>convocatoria pasada<\/strong> \u2013en la que los casos tuvieron que ser telem\u00e1ticos por la pandemia\u2013 estuvieron todos los alumnos aprobados en los te\u00f3ricos, es decir los 65 que hubo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la <strong>preparaci\u00f3n en curso<\/strong> de la actual Convocatoria <strong>est\u00e1n los 54 que lo han solicitado por ahora<\/strong> de los 60 aprobados que hay.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El pasado lunes <strong>Jos\u00e9 Carlos Isl\u00e1n<\/strong> hizo el primer caso pr\u00e1ctico con 48 alumnos presentes, el martes <strong>Jes\u00fas Urbano<\/strong> hizo otro con 49, y ayer jueves <strong>Javier M\u00e9ndez<\/strong> lo hizo con 52 alumnos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hay <strong>programados otros 26 casos<\/strong> para poder ver todas las materias y concluiremos el 17 de mayo. Habr\u00e1 un caso de resumen y dudas a cargo de <strong>Carmen de Grado<\/strong>. El examen esta previsto para el d\u00eda 22 de mayo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A todos estos casos <strong>est\u00e1n invitados por igual los alumnos aprobados de la Academia de Madrid (29) y los de fuera que se han apuntado (25)<\/strong>. A todos ellos se les comunica la previsi\u00f3n de los casos con dos semanas de antelaci\u00f3n y la semana anterior se les env\u00eda los supuestos pr\u00e1cticos para que los lleven hechos. Todo ello <strong>de forma absolutamente gratuita<\/strong>, incluyendo a los dos Notarios y al letrado de la CNMV aprobados en los te\u00f3ricos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quiero aprovechar este correo para testimoniar de nuevo mi <strong>agradecimiento a los ponentes<\/strong>. La respuesta al requerimiento para hacer estos casos ha sido extraordinaria. Los ponentes vienen a Madrid a compartir sus conocimientos con los alumnos pag\u00e1ndose ellos mismos el desplazamiento, y el alojamiento en su caso, recibiendo a cambio todo lo m\u00e1s una invitaci\u00f3n a comer. Compa\u00f1eros sabios y generosos sin duda. Gracias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>organizaci\u00f3n<\/strong> de tantos casos pr\u00e1cticos del m\u00e1ximo nivel supone para la Academia de Madrid \u2013que cuenta con el respaldo del Decanato\u2013 muchos quebraderos de cabeza para cuadrar fechas y materias, pero que hacemos encantados y convencidos de que \u00fanicamente la selecci\u00f3n de los alumnos m\u00e1s valiosos y mejor preparados puede garantizar la realizaci\u00f3n adecuada de nuestra funci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">16\/02\/2023<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Tribunal comunica que tiene la intenci\u00f3n de que el tercer ejercicio tenga lugar el lunes 22 de mayo y la fecha del cuarto ejercicio ser\u00eda el jueves 1 de junio.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">26\/01\/2023<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El tribunal recuerda que tradicionalmente en la oposici\u00f3n de Registros la distribuci\u00f3n de tiempos del segundo ejercicio oral (de una hora) es de 17\u2019 por cada tema de Derecho hipotecario; 6\u2019 para el tema de Derecho fiscal; y 3\u2019 para notarial. Son todos exigibles, cualquier ep\u00edgrafe del programa no desarrollado es causa de exclusi\u00f3n del opositor\/a.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>15\/11\/2022<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre el primer y segundo llamamiento del primer ejercicio, una vez celebrado el Turno de Discapacidad, no habr\u00e1 interrupci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el mes de diciembre habr\u00e1 sesiones los lunes, martes, mi\u00e9rcoles y jueves, salvo la semana del 5 al 9 de diciembre, puente de la Inmaculada y de la Constituci\u00f3n. La intenci\u00f3n es concluir el primer ejercicio antes de Navidad.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">12\/09\/2022<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No se trata de un comunicado del Tribunal, pero se ha observado que, pasadas las primeras sesiones, el Tribunal comunica la calificaci\u00f3n al opositor inmediatamente despu\u00e9s de la deliberaci\u00f3n y decisi\u00f3n subsiguiente, para evitarle las horas de incertidumbre que pueden faltar hasta que concluya la sesi\u00f3n del d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>05\/09\/2022:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abEl tribunal recuerda que tradicionalmente en la oposici\u00f3n de Registros la <strong>distribuci\u00f3n de tiempos<\/strong> del primer ejercicio oral (de una hora) es de:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>17\u2019 por cada tema de Derecho civil;<\/li>\n<li>8\u2019 para el tema de Derecho Mercantil;<\/li>\n<li>y 1\u2019 para procesal\/ administrativo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Cualquier ep\u00edgrafe del programa no desarrollado es causa de exclusi\u00f3n del opositor\/a<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aunque no desarrollar el tema de <strong>procesal\/administrativo<\/strong> por falta de tiempo no determina exclusi\u00f3n, se valorar\u00e1 positivamente al opositor\/a que s\u00ed deje el citado 1\u2019 para su desarrollo.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>02\/09\/2022:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abEl tribunal comunica a los se\u00f1ores opositores que los <strong>temas de derecho concursal<\/strong> se pueden cantar con arreglo a la legislaci\u00f3n hasta ahora vigente.
